📖 The AI Tool Bible

Free AI tools

These are the tools in our directory that offer a free plan or a free tier. We include a tool when our pricing data lists it as free, or when we tagged it as having a free tier. That is all “free” means here: it does not mean unlimited, it does not mean no sign-up, and it does not mean the free plan will stay as it is. Usage caps and the features that sit behind a paid plan differ from tool to tool, so read the pricing detail on each row and then check the vendor's own pricing page before you build anything on it. Right now the list has 302 tools: 243 priced as free outright and 59 with a free tier alongside paid plans. Tools are grouped by category, and every row shows the date we last checked that tool's profile.
