Step 1 — Capture
Fireflies auto-joins your meeting; no action needed if you've configured it against your calendar. When the meeting ends, transcript is in Fireflies within 90 seconds.
Step 2 — Prompt Claude
Do NOT ask Claude to "summarise" — you'll get bullet points nobody wants to read. Use this exact prompt:

Step 3 — Grammarly for tone

Step 4 — Human pass
You still need to read the whole thing. Watch specifically for: - Made-up statistics (Claude occasionally invents numbers) - Wrong dates - Missing context that only makes sense to attendees
